We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Selected international destinations

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be informed during checkout.

📦 Order Processing

All orders require processing before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International destinations: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

  • Are calculated automatically during checkout

  • Are displayed before payment is completed

MODALY reserves the right to adjust shipping rates when necessary.

🌎 Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges

MODALY is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address

  • Incomplete address information

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

Additional reshipping fees may apply.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost or experiences unusual delays:

  1. Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly

  3. Reach out to us as soon as possible

  • Photos if applicable

Once reviewed, we'll work to find the most appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

📝 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

MODALY cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses incorrectly provided during checkout.
